Let It Rain!

Today, in the Philadelphia area it's forcasted to rain so here's a card inspired by the weather and Splitcoast Stampers.

 

 

This is a side step card using Brushed Paper Packet, Rainy Day stamp, and Aqua Dots for embellishment. I colored in the stamped images using alcohol markers. To recreate a side-step card just follow this link to Splitcoast Stampers site.
