What is required of a New Consultant to receive the Picture My Life™ scrapbooking program free?

A new Consultant must sign up between November 1 and December 15, 2013, as well as submit minimum personal sales of $300 before March 31, 2014. Starting January 1st new consultants that meet their minimum personal sales can begin to order their own choice of Picture My Life scrapbooking kit.

How much does it cost to sign up?
As little as $49 or as much as $99 plus tax and shipping and handling. The amount of products you receive exceeds the registration one time cost. It's well worth it.
